Fortress Obetz Grand Opening

New parks opening in Obetz – 8/11 & 8/18

Obetz has two brand new parks opening: Braehead Nature Preserve and the Obetz Disc Golf Course known as “Area 51.” Braehead is located on Bixby Road next to Luxottica Optical Center. The grand opening is on August 11th at 6 PM. A nature preserve is a protected area of importance for wildlife or features of geological or other special interest, which is reserved and managed for conservation. OPD visit Obetz Kids Camp again!

The Obetz Police Department were able to visit the Obetz Kids Camp again! This time they were able to teach the older age group about bike safety. The kids had a blast riding in the Obetz Arctic Cat vehicle and learning their way around the police truck! Thank you Sergeant Ellison and Officer Maynard!  

U16 Obetz Octane Baseball

The U16 Obetz Octane won the Central Ohio Youth Baseball League a few weeks ago, but they decided to do something a little unconventional after winning. Obetz Seniors awarded for 3rd straight year

Obetz seniors have donated the most each year for the last three years! LifeCare Alliance is a home and community based nonprofit health organization providing programs such as meals-on-wheels and visiting nurses.
