Clean Up Scrap Tires
Help fight the bite by turning in your used tires at our scrap tire turn-in event this Saturday. 
Scrap tires hold water making it the perfect environment for mosquitoes to lay their eggs and to hatch.
To reduce the mosquito population, a scrap tire turn-in day for residents served by FCPH (excludes the Cities of Columbus and Worthington) is July 10th from 9 a.m. to noon at 6305 Waterloo Road NW, Canal Winchester 43110 at the C3 Church.Mosquito larvicide tablets valued around $25 will also be available for free.
They can be used to treat rain barrels or other containers of standing water on your property. You do not have to drop off tires to receive the larvicide tablets. One package per family will be given.
