Recently, the Madison Christian High School Baseball Team, coached by Jason Hovance, wanted to give back to the Obetz community for the continued generosity and support of the MCS baseball teams. These teams have been blessed to use the facilities for their home games during the spring season for several years now.
After consulting with Mike Kimbler (MCS Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and Village of Obetz Council Member) regarding ways to give back, the team partnered with K&M Market in Obetz (owned by MCS parent, Joe Groom) to purchase food items for the Obetz Food Pantry.
The team is thankful for this opportunity to partner with others in the community to help those in need.
