Legislative Archives

Council passes laws through Ordinances.  The Ordinances, once approved by Council at a Council meeting, become the local laws of the City.  The Ordinances are in their original forms below, sorted by year.  Then, each year, the City takes all of the Ordinances that it passed—that are of a permanent nature—and compiles those into the Obetz Codified Ordinances.
