The location may be familiar to longtime residents. Once home to Grumpy’s, a custom motorcycle repair shop, the building is being repurposed rather than replaced. Its new life will honor the space’s heritage with an industrial garage aesthetic, while offering the warmth and comfort of a modern neighborhood coffeehouse.
