PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING – Aug. 26, 2025
The Buckstone Community Authority, a new community authority duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, particularly Chapter 349 of the Ohio Revised Code (Act) will hold a Board of Trustees (“Board”) meeting in accordance with the Act on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the offices of the City of Obetz, Ohio at 4175 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz Ohio 43207 in the City Administrator’s Conference Room for the purpose of selecting members and/or officers of the Board, approving Board policies, levying the community development charge, and/or any other regular or new business to come before the Board.
