Lawn Maintenance And Landscaping Services (Request For Bids)
The City of Obetz is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Services for City-owned properties. This Request for Bids (RFB) is intended to secure professional services that ensure public spaces are safely, attractively, and consistently maintained. Services may include routine mowing, trimming, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, and related maintenance. The City encourages experienced and responsible service providers to submit proposals in accordance with the bid specifications and timelines outlined in the RFB.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Obetz, Ohio (the “City”) until 12:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at City Administrative Office, 4175 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz. Ohio 43207 (the “City Administrative Office”) for all labor and materials necessary to perform the Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Services Contract (the “LMLSC”) as more fully described in the Contract Documents (the “Work”). Bids received after that time and date will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter. Subject to the right of the City to reject any or all bids, the City will award contracts to the Bidder(s) submitting the Best Value bid(s).

A pre-bid conference will be held on February 10, 2026, at 1:00, pm, local time, at the City Administrative Office.

No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the Best Value Bidder for each contract.
