PUBLIC NOTICE: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING

The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 8, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider the following:

  1. A request for a Conditional Use Permit for a fence at 3124 Bixby Road.
  2. A request for a Variance from the Bixby Grove Development Text Section 2 Standards #8(d) to allow a 240 sq. ft. shed.
