The Obetz Athletic Club is proud to announce a significant upgrade to our facility management and security – introducing a new access control software starting January 29th. This initiative is part of our commitment to ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly environment for all our members.
What’s Changing?
Starting January 29th, the Obetz Athletic Club will implement an advanced access control system. This means that entry to the facility will be more secure, requiring access control credentials. It’s crucial for members to have these credentials ready to maintain uninterrupted access to the gym.
Why the Change?
The primary benefit of this new system is to enhance our control over who enters the facility. By managing access more effectively, we can ensure a safer environment for our members. Additionally, this system frees up our staff from front-desk monitoring duties, allowing them to focus more on cleaning, maintenance, and enhancing the overall gym experience. This shift improves security and elevates the quality of service we provide.
Getting Your Access Control Credentials:
If you need access control credentials or require assistance, our desk attendants are here to help during our operating hours: Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 9 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM.
Impact on Gym Access:
Please be aware that introducing this system does not change our hours of operation, nor does it offer 24/7 access to the facility. The goal is to streamline access while maintaining our current operational schedule for your convenience.
New Members and Membership Assistance:
Starting on the 29th, those interested in membership, needing help with existing memberships, or wanting a facility tour should ring the doorbell to connect with a staff member. This procedure is integral to our enhanced security measures.
