We are thrilled to share that, following the incredible success of the “Obetz Home Advantage” program at Zucchinifest, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing your experience as valued community members. To that end, we are excited to introduce an extension of this program, delivering exclusive benefits for our residents.

Introducing the “Obetz Home Advantage: Fortress Fright Night Edition!”

In our ongoing commitment to providing unique privileges to our residents, we are delighted to announce that we have extended the “Obetz Home Advantage” program to the upcoming 2023 Fortress Fright Night event on October 27th, 2023. 

What’s Included:

  • Early Entry: With “Obetz Home Advantage” tickets, you can enter the event grounds at 6:00 PM, giving you a head start to enjoy all the thrilling activities. Be the first to savor delectable treats from our food trucks, leap onto Halloween inflatables, or partake in kids’ games.
  • Haunted Hayride Fast Pass: Skip the lines and hop onto the haunted hayride for a spine-tingling adventure. Your fast pass ensures minimal wait times, maximizing your enjoyment of this eerie experience.

If you’ve already acquired wristbands for Zucchinifest this year, there’s no need to present proof of residency again – we already have your information on record. However, if you didn’t collect wristbands for Zucchinifest, please be prepared to provide proof of residency for all members of your household who require tickets.

How to Collect Your “Obetz Home Advantage: Fortress Fright Night Edition” Tickets:

  • Ticket pickup will be available at the Obetz Administration Building, conveniently located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz, Ohio 43207 
  • Collection  Dates: October 9th – October 25th, during regular business hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
  • Additionally, we’ll offer evening pickup hours on October 18th and 19th extending until 8:00 PM.

Proof of Residency: To verify residency, please bring one of the following documents for each household member:

  • Valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card
  • Any official document displaying the resident’s name and Obetz address (e.g., utility bills, lease agreements)
  • For children, you can present:
    • School Records
    • Medical Records
    • Birth Certificate (accompanied by additional proof of the current address)
    • Child Benefit Statement
    • Guardianship/Custody Documents (if applicable)

We kindly remind you that tickets must be presented at the gate and at the hayride fast pass line. Tickets can only be used in the hayride line one time. Tickets are non-transferable. Misuse may result in forfeiture of Obetz Home Advantage program perks.

*Tickets are not required to attend the event or ride the haunted hayride. Tickets will allow you to enter the grounds 30 minutes early and get you to the front of the hayride line faster.*
