Timothy Ross

Name: Timothy H. Ross

Position: Facilities Superintendent

Experience: Tim Ross is a 1989 Hamilton Township graduate who grew up in Obetz, and has been a City resident for over 30 years.  During this time he has volunteered as an Obetz football coach, base umpire for youth baseball and has volunteered at the Obetz Zucchinifest.

Tim is an experienced managing director whose expertise is people.  He began his career in 1990 as assistant manager for Black Gold Management Company.  A few years later, he started what became a 19 year Industrial Logistics Management position with American Signature Inc. 

Tim joined the City of Obetz in 2012. He has experience in code enforcement, Street Superintendent and Facilities Superintendent.

In addition to his position with the City as Facilities Manager, Tim has been a full time pastor at the Bride of Christ Church in Madison Township since 2006. As pastor he has been involved in yearly school supply drives, Clothes drives and has helped build two other churches.

Formal Education/Training: Management Certificates include: Servitude and Leadership, Diversity Awareness and Team Building Skills through American Signature’s Management Program. Received training in Snow and Ice Removal, Asphalt Pavement Preservation, Electrical Safety for General Industry, Pesticide Safety Program and Training Requirements for Trained Service Person. He has also received his Commercial Driver’s License and completed the OSHA 30 training course.

Accomplishments/Awards: 2017 Obetz Way Award Winner, 2017 Nice Award Nomination, 88-89 Senior Class President, 88-89 Student Council Sargent of Arms, 88-89 Ranger Football Team Captain.
