Public Notice: Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider the following:
1. 4405 Jermoore Road – request for a variance to Zoning Code Section 1171.04(c)(1) to allow a deck on the front of the property. The Zoning Code does not allow accessory structures in front of the house.
2. 1624 Marlboro Avenue – request for a variance to Zoning Code Section 1171.04(c)(4) to allow a fence flush with the front of the house. The Zoning Code requires a 10’ setback from the front of the house.
3. 1632 Marlboro Avenue – request for a variance to Zoning Code Section 1171.04(c)(4) to allow a fence flush with the front of the house. The Zoning Code requires a 10’ setback from the front of the house.
4. 1640 Marlboro Avenue – request for a variance to Zoning Code Section 1171.04(c)(4) to allow a fence flush with the front of the house. The Zoning Code requires a 10’ setback from the front of the house.
5. 1836 Arcadia Avenue – request for a variance to Zoning Code Section 1171.04(c)(3) to allow a shed within 1’ of the side and rear property line. The Zoning Code requires a 10’ rear yard setback and 5’ side yard setback.
