📝 How to Apply (It’s Easy!)

To request your Black Card, simply:

1. Email: blackcard@obetz.oh.us

2. Subject line: Your home address (e.g., “123 Main Street, Obetz, Ohio 43207”)

3. Body: List the full name, birthdate, phone number, and email of each household member requesting a card.

Here is a sample:

Subject: 123 Main Street, Obetz, Ohio 43207

John Smith, 10/25/1980, 614-555-1212, abc@gmail.com

Mary Smith, 1/10/1980, 614-555-2121 123@gmail.com

Junior Smith, 6/6/2005, 614-555-4545 abc@gmail.com

Once processed, your Black Card will be emailed to you. Processing times vary depending on request volume—don’t delay!

🎟️ Wristband Pickup & Rules

Wristbands will be available starting August 5 at the Obetz Administration Building (4175 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz, OH 43207).

Pickup Hours August 5th to August 27th:
Tuesday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5 PM

Extended Hours until 6 PM on:

• • Tuesday, August 12

  • Wednesday, August 13

  • Thursday, August 21

  • August 21 at Full Throttle Thursday from 6:00PM to 8:00PM

Festival Grounds Pickup (Fortress Obetz | 2015 Recreation Trail, Obetz, OH 43207):

• • Police Tent: Saturday, August 30 & Sunday, August 31 | 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (2 hours before gates open)
  • Resident Gate: Saturday, August 30 & Sunday, August 31 | 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (when gates open until headliner takes the stage)

Rules:

• • 1 wristband per Black Card holder (regardless of age)

  • 2 guest wristbands per household

  • Resident wristbands must be worn both Saturday and Sunday if attending concerts

  • Guest wristbands can be swapped between guests for different days—but must be reused. You will not be issued new guests wristbands.
