Railroad Crossing Improvement Project at Alum Creek Drive

The Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC), in cooperation with the City of Obetz and CSX Transportation (CSXT), is planning a railroad crossing reconstruction project at Alum Creek Dr. in Obetz. The purpose of the project is to improve the roadway surface of the railroad crossing for the benefit of the traveling public.

While the schedule is still being developed, the project is projected to take place as soon as Fall of 2023. Alum Creek Dr. at the CSXT railroad crossing will be closed for up to 10 days while reconstruction work is completed. A detour has been developed for this project utilizing Williams Rd., S. Hamilton Rd., London-Groveport Rd., and Groveport Rd.
