Important Tax Information
The Village of Obetz contracted with the CCA – DIVISION OF TAXATION to administer income tax functions, including payments and tax returns effective January 1, 2019. This means all municipal income tax filings and payments should be filed with the CCA – DIVISION OF TAXATION. The City income tax structure remains at 2.5% with 100% residence credit for taxes paid to another municipality.
EMPLOYERS WITHHOLDING: Remittances should be made payable and sent to the CCA – DIVISION OF TAXATION. Remittance can be mailed to 205 W. Saint Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113-1503 or filed online at https://efile.ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us. Forms may also be obtained online at ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us or by calling 216.664.2070.
