The Village of Obetz is proud to feature UPS, who has been employing many Village residents since moving here many decades ago.
UPS is always looking for Part Time Package Handlers at their Obetz facility.
Package handlers work Monday-Friday, working 3.5 to 5 hours daily, depending on the amount of work available and volume.
Package Handling is very fast-paced, physical work, involving loading and unloading packages by hand onto conveyer belts and/or rollers. Employees are expected to be able to lift up to 70lbs (average package weight is 30lbs)

UPS employees are also eligible for weekly retention bonuses! In order to receive the weekly bonus, an employee must show up for all of their scheduled shifts for the week and be on time. The bonuses are paid out on the weekly paychecks.
